Saponara is a traditional Italian, family-run business, established in 1989 by brothers Marco and Vincenzo Saponara. We are passionate about quality ingredients and the simple, traditional cooking we grew up with in Southern Italy.
We live and work by Leonardo da Vinci's great saying, "Where the spirit doesn't work with the hand, there is no art".
